Éric Le Goff

Éric Le GoffPresident

An engineer by training, Éric Le Goff graduated from EISTI (Ecole Internationale des Sciences et des Technologies de l’Information de Paris) in 1993. Éric started his career at Nat Systems (Paris), a software development company, where he held various positions in pre-sales, then in the Quality department, before being part of a group of experts working onsite for the company’s main clients during the critical phases of projects.

Éric Le Goff emigrated to Québec in 1996 where he co-founded CMTek Inc., that will later become Abilis Solutions. Since then, he oversees the sales and project delivery activities of the company, playing a key role in developing and implementing the company’s strategic directions and in the development of Abilis Solutions over the past 15 years.

Alain Elbaz

Pierre Shedleur President, Chief Operating Officer

Alain Elbaz graduated in engineering at Mc Gill University in 1978. He also has a degree in Human Resources management from Mc Gill University (1984).

Alain Elbaz worked for Dupont de Nemours for 10 years (1978-1988), where he held several responsibilities in production and supervision. From 1988 to 1990, he was an account manager for the Boulanger Lachance recruitment firm in Montreal. In 1990, he founds his own recruitment firm, Bertrand & Elbaz, that specializes in the recruitment of IT resources.

In 1996, he founds CMTek Inc - that will later become Abilis Solutions - with Éric Le Goff, where he holds the position of President and Chief Operating Officer.

Pierre Shedleur, FCA

Pierre ShedleurAdministrator

Fellow of the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec, Mr Pierre Shedleur has many years of experience as a manager or administrator, in the public sector as well as private companies.

After 6 years in various chartered accountants consulting firms, he started working in the public sector, holding various management positions within the Québec government, more precisely in the Ministère de l’Éducation and Conseil du Trésor.

In 1987, Pierre Shedleur becomes Vice President of Finance at the Commission de la Santé et de la Sécurité au Travail, where he is acknowledged for having redressed the financial situation of the organization’s pension system. He was awarded several distinctions for his outstanding work as chairman of the board and Operations manager (position he had been holding since 1992) such as the Institute of Public Administration of Canada “Innovative Management Award”, which he received in 1996.
He went back to the private sector in 1997 as Senior Vice President for sales to large enterprises and the public sector at Bell Canada where he worked with his team on major and innovative projects, such as 'BonjourQuébec.com'.

The government of Québec appointed him President and General Manager of the Société Générale de Financement du Québec in 2004, position he held until he joined the chartered accountants consulting firm BDO as a Special Adviser in February 2011.
He has always been involved in charities, and has been managing the fundraising campaigns of the Québec division of the Red Cross for over ten years.

A recipient of the Queen Elizabeth II Golden Jubilee Medal in 2002, Pierre Shedleur is known for his integrity and for the exemplary management skills that he demonstrated throughout his career.

Robert Proulx

Robert Proulx Administrator

Since retiring from Bombardier in late 2009, Robert Proulx offers consulting services in information technology, primarily focusing on strategic planning and project transformation assessment.
Mr. Proulx also serves on various advisory committees to senior management of major companies and governmental agencies.

As CIO for 20 years at Bombardier, ING Canada and Hydro-Québec, he led major initiatives in business transformation processes and implementation of large systems.

He cumulated 10 years of experience in consulting services at IBM Canada and CGI with companies in various sectors of economic activity. He also worked 7 years in information technology planning and finance, the Central Fund and the Confederation des Caisses Populaires Desjardins.

He acquired his knowledge of international business challenges by leading teams in North America, Mexico, Europe, India and China. While working at Bombardier, he was based in Berlin for 2 years

Negotiation and governance of seven large outsourcing contracts in IT, engineering and human resources in North America, Europe and India led to his strong expertise in outsourcing.

He has extensive experience as a member of several corporate boards and non-profit companies.
