Challenge
As a follow up to 2008’s successful Bell Canada’s rebranding initiative, Bell decided to modernize their ecommerce website in 2009.
The modernization effort for www.bell.ca included technological advancements and strategic purchase improvements. Abilis Solutions was consulted, in the upmost secrecy, to lead an innovation team that would work on improving and simplifying the overall Bell.ca experience, by using modern website design patterns and practices.
Bell’s objective was to create a content rich, simpler, intuitive and fun website, aimed at raising customer awareness.
